1.Inert alumina ceramic balls are a new type of high-strength, high porosity spherical support, covering, and protective filler for catalysts.
3.Specially possessing excellent chemical corrosion resistance: except for hy-drofluoric acid, it can withstand all inorganic and organic acids, as well as all acidic and neutral gases. Unless the product is contaminated with impurities in the raw gas or liquid and needs to be cleaned or replaced, it can be used as a catalyst cover, support agent, or protective agent in chemical process equipment. The product itself will not have any problems, ensuring its service life.
Production process:
1. Formulate according to requirements such as water absorption, aluminum content, and strength, and then ball mill;
2.Produce mud strips for producing inert ceramic balls through a filter press and vacuum mechanism (ensuring appropriate moisture content during the process);
3.Accurately cut the clay strips (the size of the clay strips is equivalent to the specifications of the inert ceramic balls to be produced), and select the extrusion forming process to accurately shape them;
4.The semi-finished products are placed in the kiln after entering the drying room or naturally drying in the shade;
5.High temperature sintering of semi-finished inert ceramic balls;
6.Screening and packaging of finished products.
Application
Mainly used in packed towers in industries such as refining, petrochemicals, fertilizers, me-thanol, coal chemicals, natural-gas chemicals, smelting, environmental protection, and fine chemicals
1. Me-thanol unit: oil tank, crude desulfurization tank, zinc oxide desulfurization tank, nap-hthalene removal tank, pre hydrogenation tank, primary hydrogenation tank, secondary hydrogenation tank, primary desulfurization tank, secondary desulfurization tank, me-thanol synthesis tower, etc.
2. Medium temperature shift furnace, low-temperature shift furnace, me-thanol synthesis tower, desulfurization tank, and dehydrogenation reactor in the coal chemical alcohol am-monia co production project.
3. Petrochemical: Aromatic extraction unit for ethylene engineering; Sulfur recovery acid, natural water stripping unit, etherification unit.
4. There are also natural-gas drying adsorbers, full fraction oil hydrogenation units, synthetic am-monia shift furnaces, and flue gas acid production converters that require a large amount of inert alumina ceramic balls or perforated ceramic balls.
